Advisory services range from capital markets, value added development, asset disposition and acquisitions. We have advised portfolio managers and owners on their current holdings.

Real estate sale and leaseback division works with credited companies to enhance off balance sheet capital through leasehold repositioning of real estate holdings. The company works with REIT, private institutional buyers and investors looking to acquire cash flowing properties with established long term leases.
