Target Site Development Criteria

We evaluate site acquisitions and joint venture opportunities based on energy availability, fuel proximity, and high-density compute suitability.

  • 50 MW to 500+ MW gigawatt-scale campus potential. Must have on site Gas pipeline or within one mile of site and grid access.

  • 500+ contiguous acres, will consider smaller properties with grid access to power.

  • Behind-the-Meter (BTM), Co-located Generation, and Substation Proximity one site or within three miles of site.

  • Proximity to high-pressure natural gas pipelines or transmission-level substations

  • High-density liquid cooling, closed-loop hydronic support, and municipal/industrial water access. Our designs do not consume the traditional water consumption most developer use today. Our technology support sustainability.

  • Core transmission-constrained regions, but are a national company in an ISO that is developer friendly.
